At Country Villa, every wedding includes a dedicated team to support your day from start to finish. Our staff and venue coordinator are there to ensure everything runs smoothly, so you can stay fully present and enjoy every moment.
In the months leading up to your wedding, we’re always available to answer questions, offer guidance, and help you feel confident in your plans.
For couples looking for an even more hands-on experience, we also offer Day-Of Coordination services—providing additional planning support, timeline creation, and full management of your wedding day.

Each Package Includes:
- Exclusive use of the entire venue from 9AM-11PM.
- Tables, white padded resin chairs, and Ivory or Black linens included with every package. (6’ round banquet tables [seat 8-10], 4’ round accent, 8’, 6’, 4’ rectangular tables, cocktail tables, bar height tables)
- Staff support throughout the day including set-up & breakdown venue supplied items, bussing tables during meal time, conducting guided parking, and taking out trash and refreshing restrooms.
- Freedom to choose your own vendors to fully customize your day.
- Flexible ceremony rehearsal scheduling during the week prior to your wedding day.
- Freedom to decorate as much as you want.
Additional information:
Country Villa has no vendor requirements, but can offer suggestions if needed. All packages include use for the day beginning at 9am, with music shut off and clean up beginning at 10pm and an out time of 11pm. Wedding rehearsal can be scheduled on Monday-Thursday, 9am-7pm. We require a coordinator for all events. To hold your date, we require a nonrefundable deposit of $1,000. We do not allow open flames such as fire pits or fireworks, and we only allow dogs and cats at Country Villa. We do require day of liability insurance, and we recommend theeventhelper.com. Also, if you intend to have alcohol at your event, your bartender will need to present a valid certification and you will need a one day banquet license obtainable at abc.virginia.gov.
